Fraemohs Homes offer the ultimate in design flexibility for both the domestic and the commercial sectors. The company's unique building system with solid interlocking walls offers unlimited scope for a homebuyer. Not only can a home be designed especially for you; it can also be constructed by you from kitset components, resulting in significant savings.

If you can not find a home with appeal in the Fraemohs brochure of plans (which detail everything from granny flats to luxury homes and motels) Fraemohs can arrange for a custom design, or you can supply your own design. If you simply have an idea, you can discuss it with Fraemohs personnel and plans will be drawn for you. About half of all buyers supply their own plans, the other 50% selecting a Fraemohs plan with their own amendments or alterations. Every Fraemohs Home is cut individually and the simplicity of the construction means any handyperson is capable of erecting it.

Armed with an instruction book and the knowledge that Fraemohs personnel are only a phone call away to give support and assistance in the construction, the task of erecting your own home or building need not be daunting .

The natural appearance of the timber lends itself beautifully to outdoor areas such as lifestyle blocks, bush settings, scenic reserves, parks, camping grounds and ski fields. The ease with which the timber can be transported to such locations is another advantage of Fraemohs Homes. Confined alpine spaces present no insurmountable problems as helicopters can be used to lift the home packs to the sites.
