Our Bellbird showhome was sold soon after the earthquake. We now have a Little Owl showhome at our Belfast site and are about to build a brand new show home at Pegasus Town
Due to the demand for houses we nave decided to make this house and land package available for sale immediately.

Show home information
We would love to see you at our Christchurch Show Home, located on our office and factory site.
Opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 9 – 5pm. Saturday & Sunday 11am to 5pm, or by appointment.

The Showhome is similar to the 3 bedroom Waimakariri model and is designed to show you all the features of a Fraemohs solid timber home, including:
- Different ceiling options including sloping timber, flat timber and conventional gib board
- Double glazed exterior joinery - aluminium or beautiful solid timber
- Different timber finishes including blonded pine and natural oil products.
- Exterior finishes including natural stone, pergola and eco decking
- Velux roof skylights and a solar tube.
- The interior design, by Hunter Furniture, has a fresh modern décor with quality floor finishes and soft furnishings.
