What comes with my kitset?

Ground Floor: H3.1 MSG8 Pinus Radiata joists to sizes shown on drawings, flooring grade particle board flooring sheets, perforated sisalation for under floor insulation with 4.5mm cement sheet soffitt.

First Floor: H3.1 MSG8 Pinus Radiata joists, support bracket cleats, flooring grade particle board flooring sheets.

Walls: Available in two thickness' 63mm or 95mm comprising 3 laminates of kiln dried H3.1 MSG8 Pinus Radiata, ex 150 x 25 or 150 x 40, double tongue and grooved, melamine M7 resorcinol glued.

Shiplap Weatherboards: (where applicable) Ex 100 x 25 H3.1 Pinus Radiata, shaped to match wall profile.

Posts: Laminated Pinus Radiata, resourcinal glue, ex 100 x 100

Windows: Powdercoated aluminium, double glazed with float glass to NZS: 4223, complete with wedge type sash fasteners. Reveals and architraves to be Pinus Radiata.

Timber Entrance Door: (where applicable). A provisional sum of $1250.00 has been allowed for this item.

External Doors: Powdercoated aluminium, double glazed with float glass to NZS: 4223, complete with mortise lock and satin chrome lever handles. Reveals and architraves to be Pinus Radiata.

Ranch Slider Doors: Powdercoated aluminium, double glazed with float glass to NZS: 4223, complete with wedge type sash fasteners and interior snib to door. Reveals and architraves to be Pinus Radiata.

Internal Doors: Hollow core flush panel paint grade doors hung in ex 75 x 50 Pinus Radiata and ex 75 x 25 Pinus Radiata facings, fitted with satin chrome lever handles and latch.

Garage Sectional Lift Door: (where applicable). A provisional sum of $1500.00 + GST has been allowed for this item.

Laminated Beams: Laminated and fingerjointed H3.1 Pinus Radiata, 90mm or 110mm wide.

Sarking: Ex 1355 x 40 H3.1 Pinus Radiata, single tongue and groove.

Roof Trusses: (Where applicable) Designed and manufactured from No. 1 framing grade Pinus Radiata, Douglas fir or Larch. Ex 150 x 40 and 100 x 40 Pinus Radiata or Douglas Fir top plates.

Rafters: Ex 150 x 50 H3.1 MSG8 Pinus Radiata.

Purlins: Ex 75 x 50 H3.1 MSG8 Pinus Radiata.

Batts and Building Paper: R3.6 fibreglass batts insulation and standard building paper.

Sarking Overlay: Bitumac 363 roof underlay.

Fascia and Barge Boards: (With sarking) Ex 200 x 50 and ex 200 x 25 H3.1 MSG8 Pinus Radiata.

Fascia and Barge Boards: (With roof trusses) Ex 200 x 50 and ex 150 x 25 H3.1 MSG8 Pinus Radiata.

Soffit: (Where applicable) Fibre cement flat sheets with PVC jointers.

Ventilation Grilles: (Where applicable) Metal grilles in roof gables.

Roof Cover: 0.4mm pre-finished corrugated steel (in colour of your choice), including all necessary cappings and flashings.

Spouting and Down pipes: White Marley spouting, down pipes and all necessary fittings.

Ceiling: (Where applicable) Pre-primed wood fibre ceiling tiles fixed to ex 50 x 40 Pinus Radiata battens.

Wardrobes and Cupboards: Hollow core flush panel paint grade doors or aluminium sliders with paint grade infill panels in Pinus Radiata frames. Wardrobes to be complete with shelf and chrome hanging rail.

Interior stairs: As shown on drawings.

Decking: Ex 100 x 25 Pinus Radiata with H3.2 Pinus Radiata joists, posts and balustrade as plans.

Hardware: All necessary hardware (galvanized nails, bolts, hurricane rods, adhesive, stiffeners, etc.) required to erect the kitset.

Stain and Polyurethane: Exterior stain: Penetrating oil based stain (sufficient for two coats). Interior stain: Spirit based (sufficient for one coat). Interior clear finish: Polyurethane (sufficient for two coats). Ceiling tiles: White acrylic (sufficient for one coat). Soffit: White acrylic (sufficient for two coats).

Drawings: Comprehensive erection instructions and detailed working drawings.

N.B. All timber shall be treated as and when necessary by an approved method to the standard required by the New Zealand Preservation Council.
